Nancy provides executive coaching services for leaders and c-suite executives across all sectors, facilitates strategic team development sessions, and instructs various leadership workshops. She designed and continues to instruct the CDR Executive Coaches’ Certification Workshop and teaches advanced coaching and consulting programs for internal and external consultants. Nancy has authored two research based books, Fresh Insights to End the Glass Ceiling and Women Are Creating the Glass Ceiling and Have the Power to End It.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, Kimberly is an exceptional authority on organizational leadership and effectiveness.
She has in-depth expertise in: development of personality and motivational assessment tools, executive and professional coaching, performance measurement, personnel selection, leadership development, management of work teams, facilitating teams, work motivation, management, employee relations, in-depth technical research and validity analysis linking assessments to performance measures, design and delivery of workshops and certification programs, mentoring and training staff, strategic management, salary administration, customer relations, and health and stress issues in organizations.
Prior to co-founding CDR Assessment Group, Inc. with Nancy Parsons in 1998, Kimberly served six years as a Senior Client Services & Operations Consultant for Hogan Assessment Systems (HAS). She is considered an industry expert on using psychological measurement to develop, retain, and motivate leaders and professionals.
Matt joined the CDR team in July 2020 as a Sales Representative. In this role, Matt partners with clients to provide world-class assessment and coaching services. Prior to joining CDR, Matt spent 12 years with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in a variety of sales and account management roles. His passions include family, mountain biking and photography.
Lisa’s expertise comes from 15 years in delivering quality training and learning services and solutions to global organizations across various verticals. Lisa’s commitment and dedication in understanding her client’s needs and delivering world-class solutions is the result of her success. She enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs at the lake, coaching soccer and investing her time in serving her community.
Sandra’s professional expertise stems from over 20 years of experience in various operational and customer service roles. She has provided executive level administrative support in multiple industries. Sandra enjoys traveling with her family, trying new recipes, and swimming in the pool to escape the Houston heat.
Ivonne has been a part of the CDR team for roughly two years. During this time, Ivonne has successfully executed an enhanced brand strategy for CDR Assessment Group and developed a new brand strategy for CDR-U.
Prior to CDR, Ivonne served in multiple roles in the human resources space in the technology industry. Her experience in talent and performance management includes selection screening, succession planning, capability analysis, executive development, and performance and talent review processes. She holds a BBA in Management and an MBA from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
Christine brings 25 years of experience in resource and project management to CDR/CDR-U from the geosynthetics industry. During her tenure in geosynthetics, she successfully managed her division through a merger, a change of ownership, an acquisition, two enterprise software implementations, an expansion of double size and capacity, and through reductions.
With a talent for forward thinking and her comprehensive approach to accomplishing goals, she set the bar for field services, and professional organizations in the geosynthetics’ industry adopted her company’s criteria for levels of professional certification.
Ed brings over 30 years of industry experience to CDR. During his career with a major petroleum company, Ed worked in all facets of Training & Development including assessing needs, designing, planning, implementing, delivering, facilitating, and measuring results of training programs. Ed built and implemented a competency assessment program for managers and provided one-on-one coaching to managers based on their individual competency assessment results. Ed and his staff received an award from the Oklahoma chapter of the American Society of Training and Development for the most innovative solution to leadership development.
Ed’s academic credentials including a master’s in statistics, and MBA in management, and a doctorate in educational psychological provide him a unique perspective on understanding how managers learn and development in the workplace.
